Last weekend I went on a "Fredheim bonding weekend." Most of the staff at Fredheim went about two hours north of here to a cabin, owned by one of the nurses here. We had a great time getting to know each other better and goofing around. These are a few pictures of our weekend.

Thanks for the update and for sharing your pictures! It looks like it was a relaxing weekend. How's your Norwegian coming along?
Love you!
Hey Kelsey! I can somewhat say a few things, but I'm certainly by no means fluent yet :P. I've found out that older people are very patient when it comes to learning a language though, the guests here help out a lot. The problem is that there are a lot of dialects around here, so sometimes it gets a little confusing listening to them. And then there are Danish and Swedish people who come too and speak in their language. Quite the mix! It certainly makes it exciting!
How is SA going? I miss you so much!
Love you!
Is that grass growing on the roof of the cabin?? That's awesome! :) What does that do?
Yeah - the grass is growing on the roof of the cabin. It's what they always did in the old times here in Norway. (Cheaper than metal or roofing tile). It was often too that they would just put a mountain goat on the roof then, to trim the grass :).
The reason people do it today, is because it looks very nice, and it makes the cabin go even better with the nature around.
